Parameters \ Filters

  • Deal

This should be a multi select check list to allow multiple deals to be selected

  • Period From

Allows a user to choose a From Period (e.g. a week, month or year)

 

  • Period To

Allows a user to choose a To Period (e.g. a week, month or year)

 

  • Account Group 1
         This filter list will return the "Group Reports On" Account Group for the account in the ‘Account Name’ column. The " Group Reports On" Account Group is defined in Administrator within "Reporting Config". 

 

  • Account Group 2
         This filter list will return the "Extra Group 1" Account Group for the account in the ‘Account Name’ column. The "Extra Group 1" Account Group is defined in Administrator within "Reporting Config". 

 

  • Account Group 3
         This filter list will return the "Extra Group 2" Account Group for the account in the ‘Account Name’ column. The "Extra Group 2" Account Group is defined in Administrator within "Reporting Config". 

 

  • Account Group 4
         This filter list will return the "Extra Group 3" Account Group for the account in the ‘Account Name’ column. The "Extra Group 3" Account Group is defined in Administrator within "Reporting Config".

Sort Order

  • Territory (A-Z)

 

 

Period Definitions 

  • Current Week

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from Sunday of the current week to the current day of the week (e.g. If today is a Thursday, this column is Sunday – Thursday)

  • Previous Week

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from the full previous week (e.g. this column returns Sunday – Saturday of the week before to the current week)

  • Current Month

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from the 1st of the current month to the current day of the month (e.g. If today is a March 26, 2025, this column is March 01, 2025 to March 26, 2025)

  • Previous Month

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from the full previous month (e.g. if today is March 26, 2025, this column is February 01, 2025 to February 28, 2025)

  • Current Year

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from the 1st of the current year to the current day of the year. For Bayer, the year begins on January 1. (e.g. If today is a March 26, 2025, this column is January 01, 2025 to March 26, 2025)

  • Previous Year

Counts any order where the Activity Date is from the 1st of the full previous. For Bayer, the year begins on January 1. (e.g. If today is a March 26, 2025, this column is January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024)

 


Column Definitions 

  • Territory

This column will return the lowest level of the "Group Reports On" Account Group for the account in the ‘Account Name’ column. The " Group Reports On" Account Group is defined in Administrator within "Reporting Config". 

  • # SKUs

This is the total number of unique products sold for all order lines within the period

e.g. if “Product A” was sold 5 times to the same account and 20 times to 20 different account, this column will return a value of 1 (to represent “Product A” was sold)

  • # Lines

This is the total number of unique order lines sold for all order lines within the period

e.g. if a single order contained an order for 10 different products, and another order was for the same 10 products, this column would return a value of 20 (20 unique order lines)

  • Total $

This is the total NIS Value sold for all order lines within the period
