Summary


It is important to know if accounts are being called on the right number of times. For example, you might want your A Grade accounts to be called on once a month but you don't want Rep's calling on the same account more than once a month.

How can you tell if Reps are over servicing or under servicing accounts? Are Reps visiting the same account too many times or not enough? Are some accounts not being called on at all? A Frequency Summary report will give you answers to these questions.



How can I tell if my A Grade accounts are being over serviced or under serviced?


Frequency Summary report 

Report Viewer Click Path: Coverage -> Summary -> Frequency Summary


Steps

  1. Go to http://fieldsales.perenso.net
  2. Click on Report Viewer
  3. Enter your Company ID, User ID and Password
  4. Click Login
  5. From the "Choose Report" section on the left, select the Category "Coverage", the Sub Category "Summary" and the report "Frequency Summary"
  6. Filter the report if required by using the "Parameters" available on the left hand side. For example:
    - Change the "Period" to be the current year 
  7. Click Generate Report 


Can I see a detailed version of this summary report which shows a list of A Grade Accounts so I can see which ones were called on X number of times this year?

  6. Filter the report if required by using the "Parameters" available on the left hand side. For example:
    - Change the "Period" to be "Last 12 Months"
    - Change the "Grade" to be "A Grade" 
  7. Click Generate Report
