1. Add a new diary entry.

  2. Ensure the Leave option is selected.

  3. Type.
    Choose from the available Leave Types.

  4. Set to All Day.
    Specify whether the leave is an all-day or a partial day occasion.

  5. Start Time.
    Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set a start time.

  6. End Date.
    Choose the date when the leave finishes.

  7. End Time.
    Select an end time if the leave has a start time.

  8. Save.
    The meeting will be added to the diary.
