1. Add a new diary entry.

  2. Ensure the Meeting option is selected.

  3. Type.
    Choose from the available Meeting Types.

  4. Start Date.
    Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day.

  5. End Date.
    Choose the date when the meeting finishes.

  6. All Day.
    Specify whether the meeting is an all-day or partial day event.

  7. Start Time.
    Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set a start time.

  8. End Time.
    Select an end time if the meeting has a start time.

  9. Details.
    Enter in notes if necessary.

  10. Save.
    The meeting will be added to the diary.
