- Add a new diary entry.
- Ensure the Meeting option is selected.
- Type.
Choose from the available Meeting Types. - Start Date.
Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day. - End Date.
Choose the date when the meeting finishes. - All Day.
Specify whether the meeting is an all-day or partial day event. - Start Time.
Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set a start time. - End Time.
Select an end time if the meeting has a start time. - Details.
Enter in notes if necessary. - Save.
The meeting will be added to the diary.
