Steps

  1. Add a new diary entry.

  2. Ensure the Call option is selected from the Add Diary Entry page.

  3. Select Account.
    Select the account/s you wish to create a Call for for the chosen date. This can be achieved with the alphabet grid or the search and filter options which is faster and the encouraged approach.

    Group: There is the ability to filter all search results by groups including Coverage.

    Trip Zone. When a trip zone has been applied to a date, the New Entry screen will have an option to search Accounts by trip zones.

  4. Call Type.
    Choose from the list of available call types.

  5. Select Date.
    Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day.

  6. Next Available.
    Specify if you wish to schedule the call for a certain time or prefer it to be added into the next available time slot.

  7. Start Time.
    Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set the call start time.

  8. Duration.
    Specify how much time you anticipate spending on this call.

  9. Save / Save & Open.
    If the call needs to be created and started immediately then select Save & Open to load directly into it, but if the intention is to attend to it at a later time or day, then choose Save instead to add it and return to the diary.
