Call Layout

Calls will be presented in rows using the following columns:

  1. Time
    Any calls saved with an appointed start time will gave this information shown.
    If a start time has not been specified then it will show the label 'Next'.

  2. Cache Status
    The label 'Avail. Offline' will appear beside any calls that have been downloaded to the Tablets local storage device - with the ability to access it without being connected to the internet.
    A red 'Sync required' label indicates the call data is pending synchronisation with the server.

  3. Account
    Name of the account

  4. Suburb
    The account's suburb

  5. Custom Group
    Organisations may differ in their practices so this column ca be customised to show any group or field.
    This column setting is defined in the Admin software - maintained by the appointed Perenso Admin.

  6. Call Type
    The current status and call type for the account.

Additional Functions

Re-arrange order of Diary entries
Tap on a call to draw out the actions sidebar then expand the View Call Details menu to adjust the start time of it and press Update.

Go to a specific day
You can use the date label - positioned in the top right of the page - to load a specific day by pressing on it to open up the calendar.

An alternative method of navigating between days is to use the left and right directional arrows on both ends of the screen.

Jump to the current day
Draw out the lower menu bar by swiping your fingers down from the top edge of the screen (or right mouse click in an empty area), then press the button labelled Go to Today.

Copy / Move
Press on the Copy / Move button on the menu bar and select calls to copy/move to another day.
Completed calls cannot be moved to another date.
