1 Day Mode
- Copy / Move.
Press on the Copy / Move button on the top left corner of the diary and select calls to copy/move to another day.
- Choose if you would like to copy or move the calls.
Completed calls are only allowed to have their start and end times adjusted within the same day and cannot be moved to another date.
- Select the calls which you would like to copy/move.
- Select the dates that you want to copy/move calls to by tapping on the Select Dates button.
- This will load a date picker popup. You can select as many dates as you wish.
On the left side of the popup, you can see if there is any scheduled calls for the selected days to make planning your diary easier.
- Tap Done after you have finished selecting all the dates.
- Press Done to copy/move your calls.
The calls would have successfully been copied/moved.
5/7 Day Mode
- Go to the week with the date containing the calls you would like to copy/move and tap the Copy / Move button.
- Select the date you would like to copy/move calls from.
- In the Copy / Move popup, choose whether you want to copy or move the calls.
- Select all the calls which you want to copy/move.
- When the date picker popup loads, select the dates you wish to copy/move the calls to.
The left side of the popup will list if there are any scheduled calls for the selected days.
- Tap Done after you have selected all the dates you would like to copy/move the calls to.
- Press Done to copy/move the calls.
