Summary


There are 3 types of diary entries you can create.


  • Call. The majority of your diary entries will be in the form of a Call – since you will be using the app to schedule in planned visits with your customers.
  • Meeting.The Meeting entry is used to occupy space in your diary to show work related activities not involving any customers, for example, attending the company’s annual Sales Conference.
  • Leave. Use this entry type to mark the time and dates in your diary when you are on away on leave.



Adding New Entry
In 1 Day Mode, the button to add a new entry is located in two places, but only can be seen in one place if you are using the 5/7 Day Mode.

1 Day Mode
Press the + button positioned in the top right corner.

Or press the Add a new entry button seen on the centre of the page.


5/7 Day Mode

Tap and hold your finger on a desired time slot to add a new diary entry.
Once the Add Diary Entry page appears, you can choose the entry type to create.


Add a Call

  1. Once the Add Diary Entry popup appear, ensure the Call option is selected.

  2. Tap Select Accounts. Select 1 or more Accounts to create calls for.

  3. Type. Choose from the available Call Types.

  4. Date. Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day.

  5. Next Available Time Slot. Specify if you wish to schedule the call for a certain timer or prefer it to be added into the next available time slot.

  6. Start Time. Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set the calls' start time.

  7. Duration. Specify how much time you anticipate spending on the call.

  8. If the calls needs to be created and started immediately, then select Save & Open to load directly into it, but if the intention is to attend it at a later time or day, then choose Save instead and add it to return back to the diary.


Add a Meeting

  1. Ensure the Meeting option is selected.

  2. Type. Choose from the available Meeting Types.

  3. Start Date. Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day.

  4. End Date. Choose the date when the meeting finishes.

  5. All Day. Specify whether the meeting is an all day or partial day event.

  6. Start Time. Depending on what was decided in the above steps, you can set a start time.

  7. End Time. Select end time if the meeting has a start time.

  8. Details. enter in notes if necessary.

  9. The meeting will be added to the diary when you press Save.


Add Leave

  1. Ensure the Leave option is selected in the Add Diary Entry popup.

  2. Type. Choose from the available Leave Types.

  3. Start Date. Choose a date or leave it unchanged. The default date will always be the currently selected day.

  4. End Date. Choose the date when the leave finishes.

  5. All Day. Specify whether the leave is an all day or a partial day occasion.

  6. Start Time. Depending on what was decided in the above step, you can set a start time.

  7. End Time. Select an end time if the leave has a start time.

  8. When you press Save, the meeting will be added to the diary.
