Perenso defines a work item as a group of tasks or responsibilities to fulfill in a call, where applicable.

The work item types available in Perenso are:

  • Order
This work item is used to take orders.
It supports a wide variety of functions and features to make transactions a positive and pleasant experience for both you and your customer.

  • Store Check
A Store Check allows you to collect information about a customer for the purpose of reporting, or to ensure they comply with requirements mandated by the organisation.
Each industry may use this work item in a different manner depending on how they interact with their customers. Some will conduct face to face dealings while others may rely on telephony transactions.
In any case, the store check work item caters to all types of questionnaires, compliance checks and required actions.

  • Content View
The Content View work item is a simple marketing tool used to present your goods and services material to your customers in digital form.
Accepted content files are most image types, PDF documents and certain video formats.
All collateral is manager by the organisation's appointed Perenso Administrator as they will have access to the Admin software.

  • Signup
This work item allows users to view content (i.e. contracts) of an agreement and signup, which results in the allocation of a group to that account.
All signup items visible to the account will be listed on the first screen.

  • View Reports
This work item allows users to view account specific reports within a call.

  • Call Objectives
Call Objectives and Objectives are virtually the same component except with one difference - when you open it within a call for a specific account, it will only display their tasks and not any belonging to others.
This also means you are not required to select the account when adding a new objective.

  • Call Summary
The purpose of the Call Summary is to give you an overview of the activities you will have completed in the call.
It is also confirmation of what will be saved to the database, so always make sure you review this screen for missing items.
