- To Do Item Type (Competitor Information, Head Office Requirement - Action, Head Office Requirement - Compliance Check, Rep Initialed Over & Above)
- To Do Item: (lists all Competitor Information, Head Office Requirement - Action, Head Office Requirement - Compliance Check, Rep Initialed Over & Above questions - allow multi select)
Requirements for report
- Accounts exist in the Perenso database
- Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work
Sort Order
- Date (newest to oldest)
Column Details
Sample images shown above will show the actual photo taken against that object
Date
Returns the date of the call the photo was taken in
Account
Returns the name of the account called on that the photo was taken against
Product
Returns the name of the Product Group the photo was taken against (if applicable)
User
Returns the name of the user who'd diary the call is in that the photo was taken in
To Do Item
Returns the To Do Item Type (e.g. Competitor Information, Head Office Requirement - Action, Head Office Requirement - Compliance Check or Rep Initialed Over & Above)
Description
Returns the description of the To Do Item the photo was taken against
Notes
Returns any notes recorded against the To Do Item in that call
