Column Details
User | This column returns the ‘Display Name’ of the user. |
Days In Field | This column returns the total number of days where a complete call on an Account exists. A day is excluded from "Days In Field" if any "Meeting Type" call or "Leave Type" call also exists on that day. Only calls where "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate " is checked count in this column. For example, if Monday has a "Sick Leave" call in it (a Leave Type) and also a completed call on an account, this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field" as a "Sick Leave" call exists on that day. For example, if Tuesday has a "Phone Call" call in it (a call that has been set to NOT count towards call rate), this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field". |
Count towards call rate
'Face To Face' and 'Training'
'Face To Face' and 'Training' are placeholder descriptions. These columns will be labelled the Call Types that has the option "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" checked on. If 4 Call Types have this option checked on, all 4 will appear in this section of the report.
This column counts the total number of completed calls for the Call Type named in the header of the column. For example, this column might return the total number of completed calls where the Call Type is "Face To Face".
Only Call Types that are available to the 'User Type' selected in the report will be shown. For example, if "Training" is only available to the User Type of "Trainers" and the report is run for User Type of "Representative" then the "Training" Call Type will not show.
Total Calls
This column is a calculation. This column is the addition of all Call Type columns. For example, in the above example this would be "Face To Face" plus "Training".
Call Rate
This column is a calculation. The calculation is: "Total Calls" / "Days In Field"
Do not count towards call rate
'Phone Call' and 'Lunch Meeting'
'Phone Call' and 'Lunch Meeting' are placeholder descriptions. These columns will be labelled the Call Types that do not have the option "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" checked on. If 4 Call Types do not have this option checked on, all 4 will appear in this section of the report.

Only Leave Types that have "Active" checked will show in this report. This column counts the total number of entries for the Leave Type named in the header of the column. For example, this column might return the total number of "Sick Leave" entries in a users diary.
Only Leave Types that are available to the 'User Type' selected in the report will be shown.
Meeting Types
'Cycle Meeting' and 'Conference'
'Cycle Meeting' and 'Conference' are placeholder descriptions. These columns will be labelled the Meeting Types that are available for a User in Perenso. Only Meeting Types that have "Active" checked will show in this report. This column counts the total number of entries for the Meeting Type named in the header of the column. For example, this column might return the total number of "Cycle Meeting" entries in a users diary.
Only Leave Types that are available to the 'User Type' selected in the report will be shown.
