Summary
This report details the distribution status of a selected product/product groups vs ranging groups the products are in at the account level. The intention of this report is to allow users to identify which products are marked as "Core" in a Ranging Group are/are not ranged by their accounts.

Parameters 

  • Primary Account Group (e.g. Territory) 
  • Secondary Account Group (e.g. State)
  • Brand
  • Ranging Group (lists all Ranging Groups setup in Administrator). Only Active Ranging Groups appear in this list
  • Account Group (unsure if this is possible, but ideally if a "Ranging Group" is selected then the "Account Group" filter populates with all "Account Groups" specified in the "View Ranging Group By" section of the Ranging Group template)
  • Ranging Type (All, Core, Optional)
  • Distribution Status (All, In Dist, Not in Dist)



Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Users of Perenso must be maintaining the distribution status of products within a Check the Store work item for accurate data to be returned
  • Ranging Groups must be setup in Perenso Administrator

Column Details 

  • State (used as an example only)
    This column will return the Secondary Account Group \ Group Description (as defined in ‘Report Config’).

  • Territory 
    This column will return the Primary Account Group \ Group Description (as defined in ‘Report Config’).

  • Account Name
    This column will return the Display Name of the Account.

  • Suburb 
    This column returns the Suburb field from the "Primary Address" section of the Account.

  • Banner 
    This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the 'Account Group 2’ slot in Administrator (within Report Config).

  • Grade
    This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the Account Group 3’ field in Administrator (within Report Config) .

  • Phone 
    This column returns the Phone Number field from the "Primary Phone Number" section of the Account .

  • Brand 
    This column returns the Primary Product Group that is mapped to the Primary Product Group field in Administrator (within Report Config) .

  • Product 
    This column will return the description of any products within the specified Product Group or Product parameter.

  • Ranging Group 
    This column will return the description the Ranging Group. Only Ranging Groups where Active = Y appear.
    If an account has multiple Ranging Groups applicable to it and the "Ranging Group" parameter has been left as "All" then both Ranging Groups appear in this report.

  • Account Group 
    This column will return the description the Account Group within the Ranging Group (found in the section "View Ranging Group By" of the Ranging Group template).

  • Ranging 
    This column will return the description of the product within the "Ranging Group". If the "Ranging Group" parameter is set and the "Product" parameter is left as "All" then ALL products in the selected Ranging Group show in this report. If the product has "None" set in the Ranging Group (i.e. not "Core" or "Optional") it shows with a blank in the "Ranging" column.

  • In Dist 
    This column will return a Y if the last completed Check the Store work item on the account had the "Dist" column checked for the product. An N is returned if the last completed Check the Store work item on the account had the "Dist" column unchecked for the product.

  • Last Checked 
    This column will return the date of the last completed Check the Store work item on the account.
