Summary
This report displays the distribution of Product Groups by Account Groups. The report contains two periods so that users can compare one period to another to gain an understanding of the selected period's performance (typically the current month/cycle) vs the comparable period's performance (typically the previous month/cycle).

Requirements for report
- Accounts exist in the Perenso database
- Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work
- Products have to have been ordered by an account or marked as Dist = Y in a "Check the Store " within the specified period or marked as Dist = Y for a result to be counted
Column Details
- Territory (Group Reports On)
This column returns a list of the "Group Reports On" Group descriptions (as set in Report Config). In this example, "Territory" has been set to the "Group Reports On" Account Group in Administrator. - Total # Of Accts
This column returns the total number of accounts within the group/s specified in the "Parameters" section of report. For example, if "Banner" = Terry White and "Grade" = A Grade were selected, this column would return the total number of Terry White A Grade accounts that are within each "Territory". - # Accts in Dist
This column returns a count of accounts that have at least 1 product within the Product Group in distribution.
"In Distribution" is defined as:
1. An account has had an order taken for the product during the selected period
and/or
2. The ‘Dist’ column has been checked in a "Check The Store" workflow.
For example, if "Account X" has had "Dist" ticked on for 5 products in "Brand Z", this counts as a 1 in this column. - # Dist Points
This column returns a count of products within the Product Group that in Distribution.
"In Distribution" is defined as:
1. An account has had an order taken for the product during the selected period
and/or
2. The ‘Dist’ column has been checked in a "Check The Store" workflow.
For example, if "Account X" has had "Dist" ticked on for 5 products in "Brand Z", this counts as a 5 in this column. - Distribution Points
A "Distribution Point" is when a product is in distribution for an account.
For example:
The Product Group "Candy Bars" has 10 products. "Account X" has 8 of the 10 products in distribution. "Account X" has 8 distribution points for "Candy Bars".
Because this report is by Account Group (e.g. Territory), the above number is multiplied.
For example:
Assuming the above territory was only made up of these 3 accounts, the "# Dist Points" for "Candy Bars" is 19 (8 + 5 + 6).
