Summary
If an account has a completed call on it within a specified period, it has been "Reached". This report is intended for customers to be able to analyse which accounts have and haven't been called on at a during a selected period.

Requirements for report
- Accounts exist in the Perenso database
- Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work
- Calls in the user's diary are completed

Column Details
- Territory
This column will return the Contact Group specified in the "Group Reports On" field within "Reporting Config" for Accounts in Perenso Administrator. - Account Name
This column will return the Display Name of the Account. - Suburb
This column returns the Suburb field from the "Primary Address" section of the Account. - Banner
This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the 'Account Group 2’ slot in Administrator (within Report Config). - Grade
This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the Account Group 3’ field in Administrator (within Report Config). - Last Call
This column returns the date of the last call within the selected period. For example, if "March 2014" were chosen this column would return the date of the last call on the account in March 2014. If no call exists within the selected period, this column will return the date of the last call on the account for any period previous to the selected period (using the previous example of March 2014, this would be any completed call on the account previous to March 2014). - Reached
This column returns a Y if the accounts has a completed call on it within the specified period and an N if it does not.
