Summary
The primary purpose of this report is to allow a user can easily way to get a summary of their week/month/year within the Field Sales application (within the "Status" tab)

Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work 



Sort Order 

  • Call Summary section: N/A
  • Sales Summary section: Product



Column Details 

Note: All results returned below are for the logged in user only. All users should not be shown.

Call Summary

  • Days In Field 
    This column returns the total unique number of days where a completed call on an Account exists and the Call Type for that call counts towards call rate (i.e. the option "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" has been turned on for that Call Type in Administrator).

  • Days Leave 
    This column returns the total number of days where a call that is a "Leave Type" call exist for the selected period.

  • Days Meetings 
    This column returns the total number of days where a call that is a "Meeting Type" call exist for the selected period.

  • Total Calls 
    This column returns the total number of calls where a complete call on an Account exists within the selected period.. Only calls where "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate " is checked count in this column. \

  • # Orders 
    This column returns the total number of orders the user has taken within the selected period.

  • # (Call Type 1) etc 
    (Call Type 1) is a placeholder and this will be replaced by the description of the first "Call Type" that is visible to the logged in user.
    This column returns the total number of calls where a complete call on an Account exists within the selected period for the specific Call Type.


Sales Summary

  • Product 
    This column returns a list of SKU's visible to the user. Products are sorted by the Product Group defined in System Config \ Reporting \ "Group Reports On" (Product) and a sub total is shown for each Product Group.

  • Units 
    This column will return the total unit value for all orders taken by the user in the selected period. This is irrespective of if the order is sent or not or if it has a future delivery date.

  • List $ 
    This column will return the list $ value for all orders taken by the user in the selected period. This is irrespective of if the order is sent or not or if it has a future delivery date.

  • Sale $ 
    This column will return the sale $ value for all orders taken by the user in the selected period. This is irrespective of if the order is sent or not or if it has a future delivery date.
