Only users where the User Type has "I would like to Report on these Users" checked on in Administrator (System Config \ User Types) will show in this report.

  • Detail
This column is fixed in it's results and always shows "Order Date" and "Delivery Date" to separate the data in the monthly rows.

  • Jan - Dec
    - Order Date Row: These columns return the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for the month. This particular row is based on Order Date and will only count order lines where the order date was the corresponding month. For example, the "Jan" column only returns orders where the order date is in January.

    - Delivery Date Row: These columns return the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for the month. This particular row is based on Delivery Date and will only count order lines where the delivery date was the corresponding month. For example, the "Jan" column only returns orders where the delivery date is in January.

    - Note: Since an order can have multiple lines with multiple delivery dates, if lines within an order span across multiple months then only the lines with the relevant delivery date are counted. For example, if an order has 2 lines - 1 for delivery in Jan and 1 for delivery in Feb, then the Jan line will count in Jan and the Feb line will count in Feb for the "Delivery Date" row of this report.
If the "Data Type" parameter "# of Orders" is used, the order will count in both months.
