This report is intended to give users an overview of what has been ordered within a particular month, what is due to be delivered in that month, what has been ordered for the following month and what is due to be delivered for the following month.

This column returns the Display Name of the user.
Only users where the User Type has "I would like to Report on these Users" checked on in Administrator (System Config \ User Types) will show in this report. - Selected Month: Dec-14
Used as an example, this header will show the selected month from the Period parameter. - Days In Field
This column returns the total number of days where a complete call on an Account exists. A day is excluded from "Days In Field" if any "Meeting Type" call or "Leave Type" call also exists on that day. Only calls where "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate " is checked count in this column.
For example, if Monday has a "Sick Leave" call in it (a Leave Type) and also a completed call on an account, this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field" as a "Sick Leave" call exists on that day.
For example, if Tuesday has a "Phone Call" call in it (a call that has been set to NOT count towards call rate), this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field". - # of Calls
This column returns the total number of completed calls on any active account for the period specified within the parameters. Only completed calls on an Account are counted. Only calls where "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate " is checked count in this column. - Calls Per Day
This column is calculation. The calculation is: # of Calls / Days In Field = Calls Per Day. - Ordered
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that have an order date of the selected period month (i.e. the order was taken in the selected month). This includes sent and unsent orders. - Ordered AND Delivery
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that has an order date of the selected period month (i.e. the order was taken in the selected month) AND the order lines also that have a delivery date for the selected period month.
This includes sent and unsent orders. (i.e. the order lines must have been taken in the selected month and are due to be delivered in the selected month). - Delivery
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that have a delivery date for the selected period month.
This includes sent and unsent orders. - Delivery Date: Jan-15
Used as an example, this header will show the month AFTER the selected period month. - Ordered Selected Month. Del Compare Month.
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that have an order date of the selected period month (i.e. the order was taken in the selected month) for delivery in the following month.
This includes sent and unsent orders.
For example, if a user has selected "December 2014" as the month parameter, this column will return the value of orders taken in December 2014 that have a delivery date in January 2015. - Ordered prev to Selected Month. Del Compare Month.
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that have an order date previous to the selected period month (i.e. the order was taken in a month previous the selected month) for delivery in the following month.
This includes sent and unsent orders.
For example, if a user has selected "December 2014" as the month parameter, this column will return the value of orders taken in November 2014 and back that have a delivery date in January 2015. - Delivery In Compare Month.
This column returns the total value (based on the "Value" parameter selected) for any order lines that have a delivery date for the compare period month.
This includes sent and unsent orders.
For example, this column will return the value of any order lines that have a delivery date of January 2015.
