This report is a summary level comparison report which gives users the ability to change the "View By" parameter to compare Account Group activity and performance by Period.

Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work
  • All orders are counted in this report (unsent and sent)



Sort Order 

  • Column 1 (using the above example, "Territory")



Column Details 

  • Territory (used as an example only) 
    This column will return the "View By" Account Group as selected in the Parameters of the report. Default will be the Primary Account Group \ Group Description (as defined in ‘Report Config’).

  • # Accts 
    This column will return the total number of active accounts that are within the Account Group

  • Selected Period 
    The below columns all return results only for calls that fall within the "Selected Period" parameter:
    - # Accts Called On: This column will return the total number of accounts that have a least 1 completed call on them (as per the "Call Type" parameter). If an account is called on more than once it still only counts as 1. This is irrespective of who did the call.

    - # Of Calls: This column will return the total number of completed calls (as per the "Call Type" parameter) on accounts within the Account Group. This is irrespective of who did the call.

    - # Of Orders: This column will return the total number of sent orders (done in calls as per the "Call Type" parameter) on accounts within the Account Group. This is irrespective of who did took the order.

    - Total Units: This column will return the total unit value for all orders in the "# Of Orders" column

    - Total List $: This column will return the total list $ value for all orders in the "# Of Orders" column

    - Total Sales $: This column will return the total sales $ (NIS) value for all orders in the "# Of Orders" column

  • Compare Period 
    This section contains the same columns as the "Selected Period" however the results are only for calls that fall within the "Compare Period" parameter

  • Var 
    This section contains the same columns as the "Selected Period" and compare period however are calculations based on the two results. For example:

  • # Accts Called On 
    =("Selected Period" \ # Accts Called On - "Compare Period" \ # Accts Called On) / (("Selected Period" \ # Accts Called On + "Selected Period" \ # Accts Called On) / 2)
    The above calculation can be used for each section to compare the relevant Selected Period to the Compare Period.
