Summary
A summary report designed to give users an overview of the number of calls being completed by Reps and a glance at the sales associated with those calls. The 'Rep Activity Detail' version of this report gives users a lower level of detail on this information.

Column Details
- User
This column returns the ‘Display Name’ of the user. Only users where the User Type has "I would like to Report on these Users" checked on in Administrator (System Config \ User Types) will show in this report. - Days In Field
This column returns the total unique number of days where a completed call on an Account exists. A day is excluded from "Days In Field" if any "Meeting Type" call or "Leave Type" call also exists on that day. Only calls types that have been set to "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" count in this calculation.
- For example, if Monday has a "Sick Leave" call in it (a Leave Type) and also a completed call on an account, this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field" as a "Sick Leave" call exists on that day.
- For example, if Tuesday has 1 x "Phone Call" call in it (and the "Phone Call" Call Type does NOT have the box "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" checked), this day is NOT counted towards "Days In Field". - # Calls
This column returns the total number of completed calls on Accounts within the user's diary for the specified period (regardless of who created the call) - Calls Per Day
This column is a calculation. The calculation is # Calls \ Days In Field (limited to 1 decimal place) - # Orders
This column returns the total number of completed calls that contain a completed work items of the type 'Take An Order" This means that if 2 orders are taken in the one call, this still only counts as 1. - Strike Rate
This column is a calculation. The calculation is # Orders \ # Calls (rounded to 0 decimal places) - Units
This column returns the total number of units sold within any completed order for the specified period.
Only calls types that have been set to "This Call Type Counts towards the User's Call Rate" count in this calculation. - Sale
This column returns the total Sale $ value of units sold within any completed order for the specified period.

This column returns the total List $ value of units sold within any completed order for the specified period.

This column returns the total number of completed calls that contain a completed work items of the type 'Check The Store". This means that if 2 orders are taken in the one call, this still only counts as 1.
