Summary
A detailed report designed to give users an overview what was achieved in each call by each user for a selected period.. The 'Rep Activity Summary' version of this report gives users a summary of this information.

Total for the 'Store Check' column is a sum of Y's (completed Store Check work items)



Parameters 

  • Users
  • Period (Week, Month, Cycle, Year)
  • Based On: Activity Date, Order Date, Delivery Date (Activity Date is default)
  • Order Type ("All" or each individual order type found in Administrator -> System Config -> Order Types)
  • Order Status (see below):
    Results of the report are counted based on the Order Status of the lines in the order. For example. if "Not Sent" is selected in the report then all lines with the below statuses in the "Not Sent" category are counted)



Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Users are marked as Active = Y

  • Date / Time (Desc)



Column Details 

  • User
    This header returns the ‘Display Name’ of the user. Only users where the User Type has "I would like to Report on these Users" checked on in Administrator (System Config \ User Types) will show in this report.

  • Date / Time 
    This column returns the date and time of any completed call on an Account

  • Call Type 
    This column returns the Call Type of the call made on the Account

  • Account Name 
    This column will return the Display Name of the Account

  • Street
    This column will return the 'Street 1' field from the account's Primary Address

  • Suburb 
    This column will return the 'Suburb' field from the account's Primary Address

  • Banner
    This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the 'Account Group 2’ slot in Administrator (within Report Config)

  • Grade 
    This column returns the Account Group that is mapped to the Account Group 3’ field in Administrator (within Report Config)

  • Units 
    This column returns the total number of units sold within the completed call on the Account. This may appear blank if no order was taken within the call.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Activity Date" then this column returns results for the selected period where the Activity Date is within the selected period.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Order Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Order Date" of any order within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Delivery Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Delivery Date" of any order line within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.

  • NIS $ 
    This column returns the total NIS $ value of units sold within the completed call on the Account. This may appear blank if no order was taken within the call. This column is also affected by the "Order Type" parameter selected.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Activity Date" then this column returns results for the selected period where the Activity Date is within the selected period.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Order Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Order Date" of any order within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Delivery Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Delivery Date" of any order line within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.

  • List $ 
    This column returns the total NIS $ value of units sold within the completed call on the Account. This may appear blank if no order was taken within the call. This column is also affected by the "Order Type" parameter selected.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Activity Date" then this column returns results for the selected period where the Activity Date is within the selected period.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Order Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Order Date" of any order within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.
    - If "Based On" is set to "Delivery Date" then this column returns results where the an order exists and the "Delivery Date" of any order line within the call is within the selected period. If no order exists, the call is not counted.

  • # Store Checks 
    This column returns a 'Y' if a completed work item of the type "Check The Store" has been done within the call. An 'N' is returned if a This means that if a "Check The Store" has not been completed.
