Summary
A two part summary report that gives users a summary of deal sales overall (Deal Summary section) and by primary account group (Deal by Account Group section). For a more detailed look at orders by deal, please refer to the Sales by Account by Order report.

Parameters

  • Account Groups (as set in "Reporting Config" within Perenso Administrator)
  • Period: Years, Months, Cycles, MAT, Weeks
  • Deal (allows a user to report on a specific deal)



Requirements for report

  • Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work
  • Orders must be marked as completed in Perenso



Sort Order

  • Deal Summary - Deal (A-Z)
  • Deal by Account Group - Primary Account Group 1 (e.g. Territory), then Deal (both A-Z)



Column Details


Deal Summary
DealThis column returns the Deal Description of any deal selected in the parameters of the report.
# UnitsThis column returns the total unit quantity sold for all completed orders for the deal in the 'Deal' column. Results returned are regardless of who took the order.
SaleThis column returns the Sale $ value sold for all completed orders for the deal in the 'Deal' column. Results returned are regardless of who took the order.
ListThis column returns the List $ value sold for all completed orders for the deal in the 'Deal' column. Results returned are regardless of who took the order.
# Accts VisibleThis column returns the total number of accounts the deal is visible to. For example, if the deal 'Assorted Deal Cycle 1 2014' was set to be visible to only A Grade, B Grade and C Grade accounts and the total of A Grade, B Grade and C Grade accounts in the database was 3142, this column returns 3142.
# Accts OrderedThis column returns a unique count of accounts that have 1 or more orders for the deal. If an account has placed multiple orders that have attracted the deal (i.e. the account has received this deal more than once), this only counts as 1.
# OrdersThis column returns a total of orders that have received the deal. If a single account has multiple orders that have attracted this deal, each order is counted here. For example, if an account has placed 3 separate orders that have attracted a deal, this counts as 3.

Deal by Account Group
Territory (Group Reports On)This column will return the 'Group Reports On' Account Group for the account in the 'Account Name' column. The 'Group Reports On' Account Group is defined in Administrator within the 'Reporting Config'. For example, if the 'Group Reports On' Account Group has been set to 'Territory' then this column will return the Territory the account is in.
DealThis column returns the Deal Description of any deal selected in the parameters of the report.
