Parameters 

  • Group 1 - Group 4 (as set in "Report Config")
  • Period: Today, Yesterday, Weeks, Months, Years 
  • Order Type
  • Omit accounts with no values (Yes/No)



Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work

  • Territory
  • Account Name



Column Details 

  • Territory 
    This column will return the Primary Account Group \ Group Description (as defined in ‘Report Config’)

  • Account 
    This column returns the Account \ “Display Name” of any Account that within the territory

  • Suburb 
    This column returns the Suburb field from the Primary Address of the Account

  • Grade 
    This column will return the Contact Group \ ‘Grade’ details for the contact in the ‘Account Name’ column (as defined in ‘Report Config’ in Administrator in the ‘Grade’ slot)

  • Banner 
    This column will return the Contact Group \ ‘State’ details for the contact in the ‘Account Name’ column (as defined in ‘Report Config’ in Administrator in the ‘Banner’ slot)

  • Units 
    This column returns the summed Unit Qty for all completed Perenso Orders for the account (regardless of who took the order) where the call in the Diary is within the selected period (specified in the parameters of the report). This column is also affected by the "Order Type" parameter selected.

  • List Price 
    This column returns the summed List Price value for all completed Perenso Orders for the account (regardless of who took the order) where the call in the Diary is within the selected period (specified in the parameters of the report). This column is also affected by the "Order Type" parameter selected.

  • Sale Price 
    This column returns the summed Sale Price value for all completed Perenso Orders for the account (regardless of who took the order) where the call in the Diary is within the selected period (specified in the parameters of the report). This column is also affected by the "Order Type" parameter selected.
