This is a detailed report that displays sales for all selected products by account for the selected period .

Parameters 

  • Account (Allow the user to specify a single account or multiple) 
  • Related ID Type (Allow the User to define what Related ID will appear in the "Related ID" column)
  • Account Group 1 - Group 4 (as set in "Report Config")
  • Product Group 1 - 4
  • Period: Years (e.g. 2013, 2014) and MAT periods
  • Data Type: Units or NIS or List Price
  • Order Type



Requirements for report 

  • Accounts exist in the Perenso database
  • Report Config has been done in Administrator for "Group" parameters to show data / work



Sort Order 

  • Account Name



Column Details

  • Account 
    This column returns the Account \ “Display Name” of any Account that within the territory

  • Related ID 
    This column returns the Related ID (as specified in the parameters of the report) for the Account

  • Product ID 
    This column returns the Product ID of the Product

  • Product 
    This column returns the Description of the product

  • (Months) 
    These columns returns the summed relevant "Data Type" (set in the parameters of the report) for orders (based on the order type selected) for the account. The months shown change based on the Period selected. For example if "Year 2015" is selected then these columns return Jan 2015 - Dec 2015. If MAT is selected these columns return Apr 2014 - Mar 2015 (if the current month was March 2015 as an example)
