| FS9-1468 | Change to "Mandatory" logic to check when completing a call | A new option within a store check work item - 'Require mandatory items to be answered before leaving this work item' has been added. If checked, a user cannot leave the work item (or complete the call) until the mandatory item has been completed. When unchecked, a user can leave the work item (even if the mandatory item has not been completed, however they cannot complete the call until the mandatory item is complete. A “I” icon will also display in any work item bar (top of screen) to advise the user a mandator item exists within that work item. |
