Increase number of columns in an order in the Field Sales app
You can now enable a maximum of 9 columns in the Order workitem.

Change to "Mandatory" logic to check when completing a call


A new option within a store check work item - 'Require mandatory items to be answered before leaving this work item' has been added. If checked, a user cannot leave the work item (or complete the call) until the mandatory item has been completed. When unchecked, a user can leave the work item (even if the mandatory item has not been completed, however they cannot complete the call until the mandatory item is complete. A “I” icon will also display in any work item bar (top of screen) to advise the user a mandatory item exists within that work item.

Description

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to drag/re-arrange the next available call on the Route Planning
  • Fixed an issue with the wording of the date being cut off in the Day, month, and Route Planning screens
  • Fixed an issue when creating a call via the month view, and if you tap on the next day arrows, the date of the call on the  Add Diary Entry screen will not match.
