A new Product Tags option has been added to the Products Menu.


Note: Product Tags column is only available in Check the Store and Take an Order work item.



Product Tag Details


This section is where you name and assigned the colour tags to the product groups.


1. Select a group and then select which products that belong to that group you wish to tag.

2. Once added, it will randomly generate a colour for that group. You are free to choose another colour by clicking on the colour pallete

3. Once all product groups has been tagged with a colour, save the changes




Work Item Columns


This section allows you to filter all the Take an Order and Check the Store work items to see if a tag has been assigned. It will show a Yes or No in the Assigned to a column.




If you click on the Yes or No it will take you straight to the Order Columns or the Product Check Details


1. You will need to assign the Product Tag to a column 1-7

2. Select the Product Tag you want to use and Save

By clicking on the Yes or No on the Assigned to a column, it will take you to this screen for Check the store


1. Make sure the Product Tag checkbox is ticked

2. Choose the Product Tag you wish to use
