Summary
Users are now able to create a call from the Call ObjectiveScreen. Please follow the below steps on how to create a New Call from the Call Objective Screen.
On the Call Objective Screen Click on New Objective
1.Click on New Objective
2. This screen will allow you to Create New Objective
3. The New Objective will appear as seen below
Create Call – This button will allow you to Create a call from this current Objective
4. Create Call
You can now create a future call to your diary. Once you click on Create the call will appear in your diary.
