Summary


Perenso has added the capability to create a call within the Call Objectives menu and work items.
This will allow users to easily view an objective and create a call to complete it.

The ability to view who created the Call Objective has also been added.
Tapping on the Date Added will now display the name of the user who originally created the objective.


NOTE: If the objective was created before R19, this feature will be unavailable.



Creating a Call within Call Objectives


Within the Call Objectives menu item or work item:


  1. Tap on the Create Call icon to load the Create Call popup.


  2. Enter in the call details and tap Create to add the call to your diary.
