IMPROVEMENT: Windows App - Support custom date ranges in History Print

Further improvements to the Period filter in History have been made.

The ability to search the history using custom date ranges have been added.

This has been added to the History menu and Account specific history.

NOTE: Users can only search for date ranges that are less than 6 months.
