Summary


The ability to link content to a Call Type has been added.

This content, set up by the Perenso Administrator, will be able to be accessed at any point within the call.



Accessing Content linked to a Call


If there is content linked to the Call Type, the Content button will be enabled within the Call.

Clicking on Content will load all the content linked to the Call Type in their corresponding albums.


Emailing Content


Similar to emailing content to customers in the Content work item, you are able to attach any and all content to email to the customer.
