Summary
The ability to link content to a Call Type has been added.
This content will be able to be accessed by any user at any point within the call.
NOTE: This will only be available when enabled by the Perenso Administrator.
Accessing Content linked to a Call
If there is content linked to the Call Type, the Content icon will be enabled within the Call.
Tapping on the Content icon will load all the content linked to the Call Type in their corresponding albums.
Emailing Content
Similar to emailing content to customers in the Content work item, you are able to attach any and all content to email to the customer.
