Summary


The ability to link content to a Call Type has been added.

This content will be able to be accessed by the user at any point within the call.
NOTE: This is only enabled when set up by the Perenso Administrator.



Accessing content linked to a call


If there is content linked to the Call Type, the Content button will be enabled within a Call.

Clicking on Content will open a new window displaying all the content linked to the Call Type in their corresponding albums.


Emailing Content

Similar to emailing content to customers in the Content work item, you are able to attach any and all content to email to the customer.
