Account Type select not remembered in Held Orders

Previously, the Account Type selection from Held Orders would default to the first selection in the list.

With the update, the Account Type selection will be shared with History.

Status Menu does not show ‘Save as Template’ link

When there are many parameters for a report, ‘Save as Template’ link was not seen.

Now is always seen regardless of number of parameters.

FS-3699Black screen in app Black screen used to be seen due to background not being loaded correctly when app was taking up too many resources.
Background image has been removed from Diary to now display a white background.
