Unable to take referral off ‘Referred – Held by User’

Able to untick referral for an Order.

No option seen in the ‘Contact Type’ dropdown

Previously was unable to see any contact types in the ‘Contact Type’ dropdown, and in effect, could not add new contacts as this is a Perenso enforced mandatory field.
Now, able to see full list of contact types and add contacts as desired.
