NEW FEATURE: iPad App - Show the excluded days in the Work Calendar Print

Excluded Days added to the work calendar by the Perenso Admin are now shown in the apps.

Unlike leave created from the diary, excluded days will not be able to be updated or edited.

NOTE: Calls added with the 'Next Available' setting enabled on an Excluded Day will be added to the end of the day.

All calls added with the 'Next Available' feature on a non-working day. based on assigned work calendar, will be added to the start of the day.
