Summary


A new 'Held Orders' menu item has been added to be available in the Dashboard of the iPad and Windows apps to allow for easy access to view the held orders the logged in user may have.


When users tap on this menu item in the apps, the Order History page will be loaded with filters set to only show the user's held orders.



Enabling the Held Orders menu item

  1. Log into Web Administrator and navigate to System Config > Applications.

  2. Choose Field Sales App application.

  3. Go to the Configuration tab.

  4. Tick the checkbox to enable Held Orders, then Save Changes to apply the menu item to the apps.
