Ability to flag deals so they are pushed to the top of the Deal
‘Pinned’ option has been added to Deal Details to allow users to pin desired deals to the top of the Deals list in an Order.
Allow users to see number of held orders from the main Field Sales dashboard screen
A new menu item has been added to the Dashboard that will show the number of held orders the user currently has.
Add ‘Related ID’ as a column to the ‘Account List with Distributor Numbers’ report

Show the excluded days in the Work Calendar
Excluded days from a user’s work calendar can now be seen in the Diary.
Remove the Call Objective work item selection in the ‘All Activities’ filter
Previously, the Call Objective work item filter did not filter to show call objectives only.
With the update, the Call Objective work item is no longer seen for any Call Type in the ‘All Activity’ list of the Account History.
Products in Product Set for Deals are not the same as seen in the Deal
Now, takes into account of the “All Products” flag of a deal set.
Execution Timeout Expired error when loading Activity History
Optimised query to take into account of the new change to display created user in Activity History.
To Do Item Mandatory check is not using account visibility and date set
Can successfully complete calls with mandatory checks.
Unable to load ‘User Sales – Order Date vs Delivery Date by Month’ report
Report now loads successfully.
Fixed Price deal is not calculating correctly if the Fixed Price value is equal to or higher than the list price
Users are now able to create and apply a deal even when it results in the Fixed Price being greater than the Sale Price.
Incorrect coverage data for some accounts
All coverages now successfully seen for all accounts.
Can’t Copy/Move overnight calls
Error no longer seen when copying or moving a call that runs overnight.
