Summary


Currently in Perenso, you are able to link existing Account Groups to the Account Fields Update work item which will allow users to update that Account Group within a Call.


However, there are cases where the Account Group should not be available to update within a Call based on the Account you are calling on.

To cater to these types of scenarios, Perenso now offers the ability to set the visibility of the Account Group.



Adding Visibility to Account Groups in an Account Field Update

  1. Log into Web Administrator and navigate to Diary > Call Types to click on Work Items for the Call Type containing the Account Field Update you would like to limit visibility to.

  2. Click on the Store Check work item with the Account Field Update you want to edit.

  3. Click on Accounts for the Account Group you wish to limit account visibility to.

  4. Untick Apply to All Accounts.

  5. Create rules for the Account Criteria.

  6. Make to to Save Changes to update the Account Group Update field visibility.
    Once saved, you can always search for accounts to make sure that they meet the visibility rules set.
