Summary


A new column has been added to be available for the Order work item.

When enabled, this column will automatically calculate and show the discount of the deal in percentages.



Enabling the Calculated Discount column.

  1. Log into Web Administrator.
  2. Go to Diary > Call Types and select Work Items for the Call Type containing the Order work item you wish to enable to column in.

  3. Click on the Order work item you want to update.

  4. Go to the Order Columns tab.

  5. To enable it as a column in the Order work item, give the field a number.
    If you wish to enable the column to be available in the extra information popup, tick the Popup check box.
