Summary


Previously, Perenso offered the ability to refer an order, however, this was only possible when a deal criteria was not met.


With the update, we have added an option to allow users to manually refer an order.


This feature is only available when enabled by the Perenso Administrator.



Manually Referring an Order

  1. Order products in a Call as usual.

  2. Tap on the Options 'wrench' icon to load Options.

  3. Check the Referred Order option.

  4. Enter in Referral Notes when prompted.

  5. You can edit your referral note by tapping on the Referral Notes.

  6. Finish the Call.
    The Order will be saved in the status of 'Held - Referred by User' until it has been approved or declined by Head Office.



Order History
You can view the status of your Order in the Order History.
Orders that have been manually referred will be given the status 'Held - Referred by User'.


Similar to the 'Held - Referred' order status, tapping on the Held - Referred by User status will load the referral notes.
NOTE: This is only available for orders belonging to the logged in user.

Once approved, the order will be updated to 'Pending' and sent when the Order Generator runs.

If the order is declined, the status will be updated to 'Held - Refer Declined' and you will be advised to make changes and resend the order.
