Summary

Perenso has added the ability to easily change the status of 'Send Failed - Email Bounced' and 'Send Failed - Email Dropped' orders to 'Sent - Email Delivered'.

The send failed order statuses are now hyperlinked in the Order Management page and will load the Order popup where you now how the option to set the status to 'Sent - Email Delivered'.


Changing Status of Send Failed to Send
  1. Access the Order Management page.

  2. Click on the 'Send Failed - Email Bounced' or 'Send Failed - Email Dropped' status of an order.

  3. In the What has been Sent tab, click on the Sent status.

  4. Click Update to confirm the changing of status.
