Summary


In the Order Management page in both Web Administrator and Web Admin, orders with the status of 'Send Failed - Emailed Bounced' and 'Send Failed - Email Dropped' are now seen as hyperlinks.

When you click on the link, the Order popup will be loaded where you will have option to set the status of that order to 'Sent - Email Delivered'.


Changing Status of Send Failed to Sent

  1. Go to the Order Management page on Web Administrator via Ordering > Order Management.
  2. Click on the 'Send Failed - Email Bounced' or 'Send Failed - Email Dropped' status of an order.

  3. In the What has been Sent tab, click on the Sent status.

  4. Click Update to confirm the changing of status.
