Summary
When logged in to the Web Administrator or Manager site, you are now able to search orders by the products the order contains.
If an order contains ANY of the selected products searched for, they will appear in the Search Results list.
The Product Search can be used in conjunction with other filters to help narrow down the Search Results to only show orders you are looking for.
Steps
- To do this, first, navigate to the Order Management page by clicking Ordering > Order Management from the side menu.
- Expand the Product filter and click Choose.
- In the Select Product popup, select all the products you wish to filter by.
The search functionality is available to help look for products you wish to select.
- Click Done once you have selected all your products.
- Search to filter the results to show only orders with at least 1 of the searched products.
