FS-3127 | ‘Reset’ button on Accounts screen affects the Account Type filter selection | Before, when you ‘Reset’ account filters in the Accounts menu, it would reset the Account Type filter as well. Perenso has been updated so no longer affects the Account Type selection. |
FS-3108 | Orders are not put on ‘Hold after an Account Field Update work item resaves the call | When either and Account Field Update or a Survey Question linked to an automatic group is completed after the Order work item, all orders become held. In Addition, a new ‘Held’ toggle has been added to the Call Summary screen to allow users to easily view which orders are held and unhold/hold orders in this screen. |
