FS-3119 | Orders are not put on ‘Hold after an Account Field Update work item resaves the call | When either and Account Field Update or a Survey Question linked to an automatic group is completed after the Order work item, all orders become held. In Addition, a new ‘Held’ toggle has been added to the Call Summary screen to allow users to easily view which orders are held and unhold/hold orders in this screen. |
