Orders can now be manually referred when taking an order via Web Manager.

FS-2643

Ability to change the ‘Send Failed – Email Bounced/Send Failed – Email Dropped’ to ‘Sent – Email Delivered’

In the Order Management page in Web Admin and Manager, orders with the status of ‘Send Failed – Email Bounced’ and ‘Send Failed – Email Dropped’ are now seen as hyperlinks.

When you click on the link, it will show a popup that will now let you set the status to ‘Sent – Email Delivered’.

Highlight days that contain a diary entry in the Web Manager Diary Calendar sidebar

When a day contains an entry, the day is shown in bold and underlined in the calendar.

Current days/week are highlighted in blue.

Now, when an Account Update or Survey Question linked to a Dynamic Group has been completed, leaving the work item will save account details and update the call appropriately.
