Summary


Call Objectives has been updated with the functionality to allow Administrators the option to allow/prevent editing of completed call objectives based on User Type.



Restricting Call Objectives Based on User Type

  1. Log into Perenso Administrator and click on System Config > Users Types.

  2. Select the User Type you wish to restrict the editing of call objectives and untick the option Allow to edit call objectives.

  3. Another method to turn off the option is in the User Type Detail Page.



In the apps


When the Allow to edit call objectives option is disabled:

  • The User will be able to create new call objectives.

  • The User will be able to edit call objectives that are Incomplete.

  • The User will not be able to edit call objectives that are Complete. They can only view it.

  • When a user Completes an objective, a confirmation will appear informing that once 'Completed' they will no longer be able to edit it.
