Summary


Perenso offers the functionality to automatically assign accounts to automatic groups based on the answer of Survey Questions within a call.


NOTE: The answer of a Survey Question from the latest call will be used to assign accounts to automatic groups.


Steps

  1. Create the Survey Question.
    This is done in for the Store Check work item.
    More information can be found in the Store Check Configuration tab of the article Store Check work item.

  2. Open the group field you would like the survey answers to relate to.
    This page is found on System Config > Account Types.

    For information on how to create a group field you can read the article Adding an Account Group Field.
    - Makes sure you select Group as your Field Type.

    You can also check out the article to Add an Account to an Account Field to create groups for your group field.

  3. Make sure the Account Membership is Automatic.

    If it is Manual, change it to Automatic and make sure to Save Changes.

  4. Go to the Membership tab.

  5. Select the group you wish to assign account to when the survey question is answered.

  6. Add Rule Set.

  7. Select Survey Question from the list of triggers.

  8. Select the question you wish to affect the membership of the group.

  9. Add Rule.

  10. Select the survey question answer to be chosen to assign account the selected group.

  11. Repeat steps necessary until you are satisfied with your membership rules.

  12. Save Changes.
