After all activities are done, you can Save & Close the call.
This brings up the Save Call Progress popup.
Status
Calls can be saved as 'Complete' or 'Incomplete'. Calls saved as 'Incomplete' will force all orders to be placed on hold automatically.
Follow Up Call
This option allows you to schedule a future call.
