The call summary page provides a very brief overview of the activities completed in the call.
All work items will appear expanded by default but can focus on a single one by pressing on its heading to collapse its content.
New activity will appear in the summary and shows if the objective was updated or is new added one.
Low level summary for Store check only showing the answered or actioned to-do items in the call.
To-do items with attracted photos or notes will display an appropriate icon on its line.
When content items are cited by customers, it will be logged here.
